If your members can click a link in an email, they can use Voluntold. No app to download, no password to remember, no training session.
Start a no-password sign-upChurch volunteers, PTA grandparents, and club members often skip tools that ask them to create an account. Password resets then become your job. Voluntold keeps volunteer sign-up on email.
You add someone's email to the member list and they are ready. The same link pattern works for sign-up sheets and Quick Polls. Coordinators still sign in with an organization account. Volunteers who only claim a slot do not.
1. Member gets the email
The message has the sheet or poll, the details, and a button. It arrives in the inbox they already check.
2. One click to participate
They open the unique link, pick a slot or vote, and confirm. No account form and no password reset.
3. Confirmation and calendar
They get confirmation and a calendar link for scheduled sign-ups. You see the roster update in the dashboard.
Each volunteer gets a unique link in the email for that sign-up sheet or poll. Clicking it opens the sheet already tied to their address. They pick a slot or vote and confirm. No app and no password.
Send the sheet or poll again from your dashboard, or share the public link or QR code if the sheet is public. The coordinator does not reset a volunteer password—there is not one.
Yes. The person who creates sheets, adds members, and broadcasts email signs in with an organization account. Volunteers who only claim slots or vote do not.
Create your organization account, add a few emails, and send the first sheet. Trial caps apply; ask us to lift them when you are ready.
